After finishing the Hotel School in the Hague and obtaining a degree in business administration at Nyenrode University, Roy started his career at the ABN AMRO bank in the center of Amsterdam. After holding different positions there, he specialized in Corporate Finance with Private Equity Funds. After the ABN AMRO, he moved to KPMG, where he became Partner at Corporate Finance with the same focus. After KPMG Roy moved on to Deloitte where he ended up as Managing Partner of the Corporate Finance Division.
Roy joined the Bencis team in 2022 and he mainly focuses on deal origination.
