Lesley has held the position of (managing) partner at Bencis since 2002. She has spent almost her entire career in private equity since obtaining her Master’s degree in Business Administration at Nijenrode University. Before joining Bencis, she was an investment professional at Nesbic Investment Fund. She began her career as an account manager in business banking at Staal Bankiers, and later worked as an investment professional at Staal Participaties, an informal investor fund. Lesley enjoys working in a professional, friendly environment with entrepreneurial management teams who are committed to improving and growing their business.
