Nijmegen, October 2021 – Allpa is teaming up with Bencis to enable further growth throughout Europe
Allpa Marine Equipment, the leading Dutch/German wholesaler of technical marine equipment, has announced the formation of a new company “Allpa Marine Group” supported by Bencis Capital Partners.
Allpa is an independent Dutch wholesaler and distributor of technical marine products located in Nijmegen, near the German border. The company has a wide variety of original equipment from a broad range of renowned brands (e.g. Seastar, Johnson Pump, Technodrive/TwinDisc, Radice, Lofrans, Selva and Solé) and a range of Allpa-branded products. Allpa provides this product range of more than 25,000 individual items in Europe to the aftermarket as well as to boat builders.
Over the past three decades, Allpa has built a solid track record of stable growth and has proved itself as a key player in the European leisure marine industry, mostly focused on technical equipment. Building on this strong foundation, the formation of Allpa Marine Group (AMG) will allow the company to realize its ambitious growth strategy.

The focus for the coming years will be on strengthening our market leading position in the Netherlands and Germany as well as further expanding into other parts of Europe, autonomously, but likely also through acquisitions. We will look to both deepen and broaden our product assortment with new product categories, while staying true to our strong technical know-how and dedicated support that our customers and suppliers have come to expect.
